Wireless premiered A$AP to many new listeners at the Pepsi Max stage on Saturday 7th July. His performance was highly anticipated, understandably; A$AP’s UK fan base is increasing at an alarming rate. A lot of fans were seen rocking the famous “Comme Des Fuckdown” beanie, worn by A$AP Rocky himself. Due to the Pepsi Max stage being in a tent, there was guaranteed craziness, the base was extremely loud and had all of the fans jumping and rocking to Rocky’s jams. A$AP came out to “Pretty Flacko”, a crowd favourite, a song that defines Rocky at his best, a distorted, unique instrumental, complete with A$AP’s lyrical mastery. He then went on to do such songs as “Wassup”, “Brand New Guy”, “Trilla” and recent big hit “Goldie”. A$AP was at one with the crowd, when he wanted them to bounce, they bounced, when he wanted them to rock with him, they rocked, when he wanted them to go crazy, they did. A$AP Rocky also welcomed A$AP Twelvy to the stage, which was a pleasant surprise who’ve been viewing Rocky close enough to realise that he is part of the ‘A$AP mob’, and within that mob, is Twelvy. Finally,  A$AP finished his 35 minute set with “Peso”, a great ending to an amazing set.
